i love to create things, at the moment it is hairclips for my daughter. she has hair but not a lot. That's ok one day when she is older can wear them. I love to scrapbook, preserving a favourite memory. I love to cook creating a meal for my family to eat. I recently bought Julie Goodwin's cook book My family table. I have tried the slow rosted pork belly. OMG it was delicious! I can't want to cook and eat it again ! I also tried the celebration pavlova, it turned our perfectly !
Indeed creating things is very therapeutic for me. Not only does it give a sense of achievement but it is my down time when the kids are asleep.
Currently Ollie is cutting his year old molars and Phoebe is crawling and trying to stand up. She is also chasing the cats...poor kitties !

Toddler Taming
My son Oliver is a typical toddler. Unwilling to share most things, has tantrums and likes to test my limits. However, he is very charming and knows just when to cuddle me or make puppy dog eyes. Everyday he pushes me to my limits but know matter how demanding he is, he can still melt my heart. It is seems his baby sister Phoebe is learning from her big brother, she only has to flutter those mile long eyelashes and I'm gone.
Toddlers are challenge, but i love how Ollie is increasing his word vocab everyday. He can't say bye yet so when someone is leaving he waves and says hello only it sounds like hewoo. I love how he plays with his toy phone and always says Hewoo, yes ? it's sooo cute !

intro
well i have decided to start blogging, writing has always been very therapeutic to me. Anyways i am married and have 2 gorgeous kids. One boy and one girl, both under 2 years of age, my life is busy and choatic at times but i certainly wouldn't change a thing. I have been a stay at home mum since i had my son 19 mths ago, call me old fashioned but i love being a housewife and mum. Before I was a mum I was a nurse, but what i have done in the past 19 mths is harder than anything i have ever had to do as a nurse.
